Here are some of the most asked questions I get from my clients. I will be adding to this list as more questions come in. But I hope that these can answer some of your biggest questions.
Not at all. I work with clients all over the world. I work remotely and anyone I contract with works remotely. That way I can find the best solutions for you with the best people available.
Yes. WordPress is an amazing content management system that now powers more than 30% of the web. Its huge market share is due to it’s flexibility and ease of use. And don’t worry, I will teach you how to manage it or I do offer WordPress management and maintenance. But either way I will be there every step of the way.
On average, I shoot for six to eight week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide me during the initial stage of the project, your availability throughout the project, how soon all the content is ready – this all affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role. The more complex the more time it will take to develop. See the process here
There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted on the needs of each individual project and client. Every site is unique and requires different components. I design and develop custom websites specifically for your small business. I will ask you a lot of questions, assess your needs and then give you a quote based on that assessment. Most of our sites run $1500-$10,000 range, but can be much less or much more depending on your needs. Click here to request a quote
A lot! Your input is a crucial piece to this process. I’ll start with a lot of questions, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality.
A custom website can be a big investment and not all small businesses have the budget for you. I will be offering a budget template package, soon, which will help you get you online with a nice looking website fast.
I am available by text, email and a phone call. I’m here to help you as much or as little as you need. I won’t disappear once the site is launched.
I offer a variety of payment options, varying from a one-time, up-front payment to three automated monthly payments. I understand this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible.
I accept debit cards, PayPal and all major credit cards.
Hosting is super important! When it comes to hosting, you get what you pay for. I offer hosting through my company through Flywheel. That is who I recommend. But SiteGround is another that is great.
I do offer copy writing and this is part of my Best Sellers Site and store package and the Best Sellers package.
That is an absolute YES! I love it when my clients take control of their shiny new site.
Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is imperative these days. A good majority of people now access websites through their mobile devices. I work hard to ensure that your website looks good on a variety of different devices.
